East Hawaii Invitational Racing Pigeon Club

 

It's Sunday July 25th temperature is around 80 degrees and our club members are getting together for rour first BBQ cookout. This will be one of many more planned to allow our members to know one another more closely. It's not just about the competetion but also alot about friendship and fun. I believe that the competetion is good along with bragging rights but friendship will always last a life time. I've been in this club for 4 plus years and only now I'm being a better competitor. I ask myself why is that? what took me so long? and my conclusion was; it's due to the fact that the old timers shared alot of information with me that I had started to putting together along with all the information obtained through reading and web researches.

I do keep a record on information both on a hard drive and also the old school pen and paper. There are lots and lots of information out there but its up to you as a fancier to put together what works for you. Remember you need to use your time wisely so proper planning is a must! weather it be training, feeding . breeding , medicating, our as simply as changing out of the water it all has to be done on a timely schedule.
